Here's one for the more advanced luminosity masking practitioner…

And for those who want to be 🙂

It's a video I just recorded showing off a new feature I spent today adding to my Luminosity Masking Panel.

This feature was a popular request from people who were beta testing the panel for me last week.

The feature in question is the ability to add and subtract selections from each other to create “composite” selections.

For example…

Before this feature you could create a luminosity selection that isolates the shadows.

And you could create a luminosity selection that isolates the highlights.

Now with the addition of three simple buttons in the Panel you can add (or subtract) one selection to/from another to create one that isolates both the shadows and the highlights at the same time.

(It's very versatile, this is just one example!)

The finished Panel will be ready and available to purchase for $97 in December, but you can save $60 off that price when you pre-order it now on this page
